This allows referring attorneys to focus on their core areas of practice while still providing high quality representation to clients.

We also welcome referrals by Indiana defense attorneys with conflicts of interest. Claims adjusters and defense attorneys often find that some cases can only be settled where the claimant has counsel that can reduce subrogation liens using the latest law and tactics.

Since many accidents occur far from the claimants’ home, we often receive referrals from lawyers outside Indiana. We regularly practice in both state and federal court. Where allowed by the Indiana Rules of Professional Conduct, we often accept cases on a co-counsel basis, sharing fees with the referring attorney.
